University of Notre Dame Post Doc Opportunity Available Now – Wade McGillis

Post-doctoral position at the University of Notre Dame now available.  A new and diverse laboratory at the University of Notre Dame is specifically seeking a post-doctoral scientist to work with graduate students, research scientists, and professors on topics related to:

  • N2O, CH4, and CO2 dynamics in streams during weather events
  • Hudson River Estuary CO2, CH4, and O2 ecology with CO
  • Hydrology and carbon capture performance in agricultural weathering
  • Urban green infrastructure, heating, cooling, and GHG sustainability
  • Oyster calcification, dissolution, and environmental health
  • Air-water CO2 fluxes during ocean alkalinity enhancement

Faculty Position – UC Berkeley CEE

The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley, has a career opportunity for a tenure track Assistant Professor position in Sustainable and Resilient Engineering with focal areas in Adaptive and Resilient Infrastructure and Multiscale Civil Systems. Hiring will be at the untenured level. Basic qualifications (required at time of application) are a PhD (or equivalent international degree) or enrollment in a PhD (or equivalent international degree) granting program at the time of application.
