- N2O, CH4, and CO2 dynamics in streams during weather events
- Hudson River Estuary CO2, CH4, and O2 ecology with CO
- Hydrology and carbon capture performance in agricultural weathering
- Urban green infrastructure, heating, cooling, and GHG sustainability
- Oyster calcification, dissolution, and environmental health
- Air-water CO2 fluxes during ocean alkalinity enhancement
