Two Tenure Track Faculty Positions at Michigan Technological University

The Department of Civil, Environmental, and Geospatial Engineering at Michigan Technological  University invites applications for assistant professor tenure-track faculty positions. Applicants for the position are required to have a PhD in civil engineering or a closely related discipline. The Department of Civil, Environmental, and Geospatial Engineering currently has 29 faculty  members, 528 undergraduate students, and 112 graduate students. Externally-funded research  is approximately $2.5M, and the Department is on a trajectory to double its graduate enrollment over the next five years. The CEGE Department has many teaching and research labs  with state-of-the-art facilities and connections with industry, who provide instrumentation to  support student education and research. Michigan Tech’s graduates are eagerly sought by  industry because of their hands-on training and rigorous coursework.
