The Georgia Tech Concert Orchestra will perform contemporary composer TSANG Lok-yan’s Dorian Dance as well as Schubert’s Eighth Symphony for their first concert of the fall semester. In addition, the Georgia Tech Jazz Program, under the direction of Dr. Chip Crotts, explores music from the late 1920s through the present day, including works by composers such as Duke Ellington, Bill Holman, Sammy Nestico, Charles Mingus, and Pat Metheny.
