The Sonny Astani Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (http://cee.usc.edu) in the USC Viterbi School of Engineering of University of Southern California is searching for outstanding faculty candidates. While outstanding candidates from all areas of civil and environmental engineering will be considered, particular interest is in candidates who work toward enhancing design, construction, and operations of buildings and infrastructure system through research in robotic construction, fabrication-informed design methods/digital fabrication, off-site and modular construction, construction automation, sensing, actuation and artificial intelligence as it relates to construction automation.
Applications and nominations for tenure-track or tenured faculty positions at all levels are sought. The position is available starting August 16, 2024. To receive full consideration, candidates should apply on-line by November 30, 2023.
