Scholarships for Women in stem

Despite an increase in women in the STEM field in recent decades, they’re still greatly underrepresented. Bias, gender stereotypes, and discrimination are some factors that contribute to the STEM diversity and gender gap. Getting more women in STEM majors can help break down personal barriers for marginalized students, expand the workforce to meet the growing demand, and increase innovation by making teams more diverse.

Our team recently launched our brand new diversity in STEM hub; BestColleges curated a scholarship resource for women majoring in STEM.Review our scholarship below:https://www.bestcolleges.com/resources/women-in-stem-scholarships/Include the above link on your site here or any other page that you see fit: https://gsso.ce.gatech.edu/incoming-students/incoming-international-students/paying-for-grad-school-international-students/

On behalf of MIT School of Engineering’s Associate Dean for Diversity,  I am delighted to announce the next application cycle for the 2023-25 Cohort of the MIT School of Engineering Postdoctoral Fellowship Program for Engineering Excellence. This program seeks to discover and develop the next generation of leaders who will enhance the diversity of the School of Engineering through their research, educational efforts, and service, and contribute to excellence in the field of engineering. This program is designed to help postdoctoral fellows develop in multiple dimensions. In addition to an emphasis on research, it will focus on providing resources and opportunities, and building a professional network for its mentees. The program will arrange a set of professional development opportunities as presentations and discussions for the cohort along three career paths: academic, engineering leadership, and entrepreneurship.

Our application portal opened on November 1, 2022. The application deadline is January 31, 2023, with decisions made by mid-March 2023.
