This workshop will address stressors specific to returning to campus amidst a pandemic. Participants will learn coping strategies and ways to remain safe, healthy, and resilient. The workshop will also address effective communication, respect and understanding differences, and ways to create a sense of community as we face challenges. Information regarding GT campus mental health wellness and well-being resources will be provided.
