Join us for a special AdminX Data and Metrics Town Hall on July 28, 2022, at 10:00 – 11:00 am, led by Deputy Chief Business Officer Mike Shannon and Deputy Director Jeff Leinbach, which will highlight what operational excellence means and how the Administrative Services Center (ASC) will use data and metrics.
During the town hall, Shannon and Leinbach will invite the ASC Sr. Director of Operational Excellence, Calvin Yu, to share his vision for operational excellence and how the ASC will leverage data to benefit the Institute.
