The work involves data science, modeling, supply chain analysis, and related software workflow development and quantitative analysis in support of the FEWSION project, a large interdisciplinary team leading data science research for strategic supply chains and related policy. Analyzes, stores, and manages research data, including statistical analysis, informatics, and software design. Leads the obtainment, organization, analysis, and transformation of data into findings through statistical data analysis. Utilizes computer and data science concepts, computational research, and development principles to contribute to research objectives. Serves as a lead presenter of data through the use of visual representations to members of a team, including non-technology professionals. Minimum qualifications include a M.S. in Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of relevant experience (including additional graduate training).
